while we hope that you are always satisfied with your philosophy purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. if you would like to return your product, please review the information below:

  • returns must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt
  • products returned must be ordered directly from philosophy.com
  • items marked final sale may not be returned
  • if your order contains a gift with purchase, promotional or free item, it must also be returned to receive a refund
  • we are unable to process returns or exchanges for any product purchased from one of our retail partners. all items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies
  • products must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. any items returned beyond this guarantee time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned
  • all shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer
  • original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • philosophy is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
  • purchases from philosophy are subject to the terms of use, purchase policies and privacy policy which can be found on the philosophy home page

use this pre-paid return service label to ship your return merchandise and pay no up-front postage fees. this trouble-free return option has a service fee of $5.95 per order which will be withheld from your refund once your return has been processed. original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded; please refer to our return policy.
